On the way back to Jamaica, they are attacked by the pirates who were worth hunting down; Jules kills Captain Corby. Then they reach the island where Jules' brother, Cecil, is waiting to return to command the Pirate's sloop, The Dark Rose. Following their first loss, Jules tells Eddie and Ai about Serena's true history and her involvement in the war between the pirates and the Spanish. Jules and Cecil explain that Serena saved Edward from drowning when he was a child. Edward was becoming a pirate to honor Serena and she in turn was forced to have sex with all the other pirates to seduce them into becoming good citizens.
Jules and the crew finally arrive at a tropical paradise kingdom of Tortuga with the intent of finding the pirate treasure before Chief Raleigh and the pirates get there first. Almost all the treasure is for the island's governor, a man who has been locked in a sexual relationship with Serena for more than a decade. Jules and the captain are blamed for the murder of the bastard and are arrested.
They kidnap Edward from jail the following day and he and Jules sail to Jamaica where Edward asks Governor Littleton to pardon Serena. After Serena is pardoned, their ship is attacked. While Jules is absent, Edward tells Cecil and the crew about his time on board The Black Rose. He was ordered to kill everyone on board the ship, but he finds that his mission was to kill only women. He kills all his men but Edward is spared. Edward is then taken by the pirates to become a pirate like every other.
Before they can be executed, Edward and Jules escape through a hole in the roof of the building where they witness Serena taking the new governor from an apartment to the bedroom. They intervene but Serena convinces them that she can still be with Edward. She promises to keep one of her breasts as a trophy with a carving of the eye of the devil on the back. Edward and Jules then arrive at the island where Marshal Regina has been left a prisoner for taking the island from the hand of the governor. Jules and Edward convince Regina to help them take Serena and screen the island for the new governor.
